This essence has a really nice effect on my skin. My first impression wasnt so good. I tested it on my forearm as a sensitivity test and immediately noticed the strong fragrance. Im not a fan of fragrance at all, but this fragrance is especially unpleasant to me. I had an idiosyncratic, immediate association to my childhood. Perhaps decades ago this scent was popular for older women of that generation. Anyway, it was a sudden and strong association to elderly woman scent.I had no issues with the sensitivity test, so I began to use it daily after cleansing, but before moisturizer and sunscreen. The bottom line is that I like the effect on my skin. This toner is non-irritating and hydrating. It tones my skin nicely. By that I mean, my pores look noticeably smaller with the toner applied and my skin feels tighter. Not tighter in a dry and unpleasant way, but in a slightly plumped and positive way. The effect is of course temporary; it hasnt magically restructured my skin. But the toner is soothing and hydrating and I am enjoying it. The unpleasant fragrance dissipates fairly quickly.I didnt notice a full list of ingredients on the webpage, so Ive uploaded the image. As you can see, it contains artificial fragrance and so I deducted one star.
We ordered the MEIDEME Toning Lotion for my wife to try out as part of her skincare routine, and our overall impression is a bit mixed.Right off the bat, the consistency is very watery - not necessarily a bad thing, but it did catch us off guard. The biggest issue was how sticky it felt while drying. It lingered on the skin for a while before fully setting, and the tacky feeling made it hard to layer anything else on top right away.Scent-wise, it has a pretty noticeable perfume-like fragrance that doesnt fade quickly, so thats something to consider if you're sensitive to scents or prefer fragrance-free products. On the bright side, it did leave her skin feeling a little more hydrated, which was nice.Ultimately, while its not a bad product, the texture and scent make it less likely well reach for it often. Might work better for someone who enjoys a dewy finish and doesnt mind a lingering aroma.
In the vast and ever-evolving world of skincare, toners and essences play a crucial role in preparing the skin for subsequent treatments and delivering targeted benefits. The Essencial Toning Lotion Hibiscus Collagen Flower Essence Toner, designed for dry and combination skin, positions itself as a hydrating mist aimed at softening the complexion. While I am observing its effects on my wife's skin, her overall sentiment, coupled with a notable characteristic, offers a clear perspective on this product. The primary benefit my wife has experienced with this toning lotion is its hydrating effect. As a mist, it provides a refreshing and fine application that feels pleasant on the skin, contributing to a sense of immediate moisture and softness. This hydrating quality is essential for dry and combination skin types, helping to balance moisture levels and create a smoother canvas. From her perspective, it effectively serves its purpose as a skin softener, leaving her complexion feeling supple and prepped for the next steps in her skincare routine. However, there is a significant factor to consider with this product: its fragrance. While some users appreciate a scented skincare experience, the fragrance in this toning lotion is quite prominent, to the point of being overpowering for some. This is a crucial detail for potential buyers, especially those with sensitivities to strong scents or those who prefer fragrance-free skincare. It's a characteristic that, while not deterring my wife from enjoying the product's benefits, is consistently noted as a dominant feature.Despite the strong fragrance, my wife's overall satisfaction with the Essencial Toning Lotion is high. She genuinely loves how it feels on her skin and the hydrating results it delivers. The fact that she would "easily order it again" speaks volumes about its efficacy for her skin type, despite the pronounced scent. Therefore, for individuals with dry or combination skin seeking a hydrating and softening toner, and who don't mind a strong fragrance, this Essencial Toning Lotion could be a valuable addition to their regimen. However, for those sensitive to scents, it's definitely something to keep in mind.
In the dynamic and continuously advancing field of skincare, toners and essences serve an essential function in preparing the skin for subsequent treatments and providing targeted benefits. This product, formulated for dry and combination skin types, is positioned as a hydrating mist designed to enhance skin softness. The primary benefit I noted is its hydrating effect. As a mist, it offers a refreshing and fine application that is pleasant to the skin, contributing to an immediate sensation of moisture and softness. This hydration is particularly beneficial for dry and combination skin types, aiding in moisture balance and preparing the skin for subsequent skincare steps. For me, it effectively functions as a skin softener, leaving the skin feeling supple and ready for further treatment. An important consideration with this product is its fragrance. While some consumers appreciate scented skincare products, the fragrance present in this toner is quite pronounced, which may be overwhelming for individuals sensitive to strong scents or those preferring fragrance-free formulations. This characteristic is noteworthy for potential users, although it has not deterred the primary user from experiencing the product's benefits, who consistently notes its presence as a dominant feature.Despite the prominent fragrance, overall user satisfaction remains high. The user appreciates the texture and hydrating properties of the toner, indicating a willingness to repurchase, which reflects its effectiveness for her skin type. For individuals with dry or combination skin seeking a hydrating and softening toner, and who are comfortable with a strong fragrance, this serves as a valuable addition to their skincare regimen. However, those with sensitivities to scents should consider this aspect carefully.
The MEIDEME Essencial Toning Lotion Hibiscus Collagen Flower Essence Toner Dry Combination Skin Softner adenosine is nice and hydrating. The smell is much stronger than I expected and a bit too much for me personally. Even though the name says lotion, its more of a liquid consistency. It went on fine but it did leave my skin feeling very tacky for a long time. That is hard for me to get used to. This product may work great for some but because I am sensitive to very strong smells, I would not purchase again. The packaging is pretty. It arrived quickly and damage and leak free. 3.5 stars
