Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing and delivery times may be delayed during holidays, special promotions, or if adjustment requests are made. Pre-orders will be shipped on the release date listed on the product page.

Shipping Fees

Shipping within Canada (Business Days Only, in CAD, excl. taxes)
• All orders $9.00 for orders under $80
• Free shipping on orders over $80

British Columbia

• Estimated delivery: 3–9 days

Ontario & Quebec
• Estimated delivery: 3–9 days

Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia & Saskatchewan
• Estimated delivery: 3–9 days

New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Yukon)
• Estimated delivery: 3–9 days

• Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Rate Adjustments

• For orders exceeding 2kg (4.4lb), you may be contacted for an additional delivery cost depending on package size and delivery destination.

Return & Exchange

We have a 10 dayreturn policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
