As much hype as this product gets ..It was ok ..I swear by NYX Epic liner - THAT liquid liner NEVER budges ...this one came right off ...

smudge free, easy to use eyeliner

Really good, long lasting, dark eye liner. I have a few liquid eyeliners I rotate through, and Clio Killer Black eyeliner is one of my favorites. It doesn't smudge and it is easy to draw on.
